All items purchased at Hair2You.ch can be returned within 5 business days after receipt of the goods, without giving any reasons. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to contact us within 5 business days and send the goods back to us.

The right of return does not exist in the case of unsealed products or for custom made goods which have been manufactured according to customer specifications (for example special orders which have to be specifically ordered). Payments made by the contractual partner shall be made within 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods by transfer to an account to be designated by the customer.

The return must be made to the address, which will be communicated to the customer when contacting Hair2You.ch.

The return is at the cost and risk of the customer. The reshipment must be stamped sufficiently. If Hair2You.ch incurs additional costs due to an insufficient stamp on the return, these costs will be charged from any payment made by the customer.

Hair2You.ch expressly reserves the right to claim compensation for damaged goods. If the customer has a deterioration, the loss or other impossibility to represent, he/she has to replace the value reduction.

The return of the goods must be in the original packaging as well as in the unopened condition. If this is not possible, the customer must provide a packaging which excludes damage to the goods.

The customer is liable for damage to the goods, which is due to an insufficient packaging.

Obvious defects (in particular damages, incorrect deliveries or deviations in quantity), transport damage or other defects must be reported to Hair2You.ch in writing without delay, but at the latest within a period of 5 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The notification by email to info@Hair2You.ch is sufficient.
